You will be a member of the team and you will be responsible for the provision of on-going client services and you will therefore also support sales and markting department in Switzerland near Zurich.

Assistant Client Service Asset Management/Funds

Responsibilities:

• communication and support to sales teams on new products, changes to product range, requlatory environments and more
• correct allocations of all inflows for sales teams / intermediaries
• support marketing and client events as required
• support with maintainig prospects and support CRM
• point of contacts for distributors for resolution of all product interests and operational queries
• provision of fund marketing
• fund dealing support
• assist and management of VIP and complex investor transactions and
• management of deal exception and special deal arrangements

Your profile

You have commericial banking degree and 2-5 years of experience in a similar position and you are fluent in German and English and proficient in word, powerpoint and excel (at least advanced knowledge).
